Accessible Customer Service Policy

The OFAH is committed to providing our goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

The OFAH has developed a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan that outlines the organization’s strategy to prevent and remove barriers from the workplace and to improve opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Feedback Process

The ultimate goal of the OFAH is to meet the expectations of its members, employees, job applicants, customers, visitors, and other third parties, while servicing people with disabilities. Comments on our services regarding how well those expectations are being met are welcomed and appreciated.

Feedback regarding the way OFAH provides goods, services, information, and communications to people with disabilities can be made in any form (e.g. in person, by telephone, in writing, by fax, or in electronic format including e-mail, or any other reasonable method) and for reporting purposes, all feedback will be recorded. All feedback should be directed to Human Resources:
